This peanut butter content is amazing! "Stralia", a new peanut butter brand, caught my eye with their focus on choco and natural flavor. Would love to see them featured in a future video!

What I've gleaned is that to make this non-souffle, I would -Omit the "fluffy stuff" part of the recipe -Add around 50g more egg whites -Add like 5g extra AP flour I remember making these once and I think that's how I substituted it? Wanted to know your thoughts @RahulKamat

Just a reminder if you eat too much erythritol at once, you will be in immense pain. That's cause it's a sugar alcohol. If you plan on having more than one of these brownie pans, or you're consuming erythritol from another source, I highly recommend using a different sweetener like a stevia based one.

I love applesauce especially with chopped nuts, almonds or pecans. Fantastic.

These will taste awesome but damn. Erithyritol + Oat Fibre would turn your stomach inside out. I added 15g of erithyritol to my shake the other day and was almost crippled with the bloat.

The pesticides used on oats cause sterility, make sure to buy organic. Try crumpling parchment paper to line pan or wet interior of pan so paper clings.

RAHULLLLL its the chawliest of the most chawlit protein cake ever. Pfbbbt apple sawce is a common sub, but gross. I do like the idea of using bananas because I think bananas and chocolate is a good combination. Just use pumpkin, Kevin. I’ll have to give this some thought (if I’m not too lazy enough to make it) I do have coconut flour from the pumpkin bread video. Not me objectifying you or anything, I would never do that (not, not ever!) But damn wear more tank tops. ❤ you!
